The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. We provide our members with the education, classes, information, support, networks, and growth they need to succeed.

Attention NARPM members! All members are required to take the Ethics Course, you can take this course on line at your own pace for $45.00, or you can get information on upcoming classes offered by NARPM on their website.

About Alameda/Contra Costa Counties chapter of NARPM®

The Alameda - Contra Costa Chapter of NARPM is an association of Professional Residential Property Managers serving the Bay Area. Our Chapter originated in 1991 and has grown to almost 50 members, including affiliates and associate members. Our members subscribe to NARPM’s professional standards and code of ethics, specializing in the management of single family homes, condominiums and small apartment complexes.

MONTHLY MEMBER MEETING

We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month, either at Holiday Inn in Dublin, CA, OR ZioFreado's in Pleasant Hill.  Check the events page for detail on a particular month.
